Standing up for life

Recently I was reading an article that said, “being on your butt for fewer than three hours a day could add two years to your life span, according to a 2012 study in the British Medical Journal’s BMJ Open. This is important to me because I want my readers to be educated on the most vital thing we have, our life, because without life nothing else matters. The real challenge of standing is for office workers, because the mere thought of spending the day upright is exhausting, so according to leading “sitting disease” experts here’s when to stand and sit:

IN A MEETING: STAND

PROJECT PLANNING: SIT

ON THE PHONE: STAND

AT YOUR REVIEW: SIT

I stumbled upon this remarkable infographic from Visual.ly.
