Recently I was reading an article that said, “being on your butt for fewer than three hours a day could add two years to your life span, according to a 2012 study in the British Medical Journal’s BMJ Open. This is important to me because I want my readers to be educated on the most vital thing we have, our life, because without life nothing else matters. Whatever you are trying to achieve can’t be done if you’re not alive.
