The Power of Your First Seven

The power of your first seven is so vital to your future success that some call it “the secret of the new marketing.” So what is? It’s when you find those seven people who trust you, respect you, need you, and will listen to you. These seven people need what you have to sell, say, promote, inform, teach or flat-out just want it. And it’s as simple as this:  if they love it,  you win. If they love it, they’ll each find you seven more people or a hundred or a thousand or, perhaps, just four.

Now on the other hand if they don’t love it, you need to consider rededicating yourself to produce a new product. Start fresh and start over. Remember these three critical things:

  1. If your idea spreads,
  2. Your business grows,
  3. Then you win

This specific approach changes the position and timing of everything you set out to achieve. You can no longer market average products to average people. These first seven are not average and they’re not majority. This allows you to only market to the people who make up your platform or tribe ( Contacts, Customers, Prospects, Followers , Fans).

So the big picture is this: plan on building  a little steady which turns into a snowball.
